Learn how to make professionally crafted cocktails, and the methodology and history behind some of the most popular spirits.

About the event series:
Olive & Sea is excited to announce the official launch of monthly Mixology Classes. On the last Thursday of every month from 6pm-8pm, Olive & Sea’s exceptionally talented team of mixologists will offer a comprehensive introduction to fundamental mixology techniques and etiquette. The first class will feature Don Julio tequila.
Each class will feature a different spirit, and a special guest from the select brand will join to share firsthand insight about the premier liquor. Participants in the class will leave with a greater knowledge of cocktail recipes, methodology and the history behind the featured spirit. As guests discern the different flavors of the spirit, they will learn what it pairs best with and the techniques to prepare a perfect cocktail at home.
